Project overview
The Walks Commercial Building is a contemporary commercial project located in New Cairo, Egypt, designed for Danoub Investments Company. Spanning 850 m², the project responds directly to its sloping contour land, transforming the natural site conditions into a key architectural feature. The building combines functional commercial planning with a strong facade identity, creating a dynamic and visually grounded urban presence.

Design approach
The design approach is based on adapting the building to the natural landscape through a split-level strategy. By creating access points across two different elevations, the project enhances movement, visibility, and user flow. A bold rhythmic facade, deep-set apertures, and textured stone cladding define the architectural language, giving the building a modern yet grounded character that integrates naturally with its sloping environment.
