Project overview
VOY Mivida is a contemporary retail project located in Emaar Mivida Compound, Egypt, designed as the brand’s third collaboration and a continuation of its evolving architectural identity. Spanning 95 m², the space presents a bold retail experience where industrial strength meets futuristic elegance, creating a distinctive environment that reflects the premium character of the VOY brand.

Design approach
The design approach is built around a high-contrast industrial language, expressed through a striking storefront and a warm, immersive interior. Curved metallic surfaces, amber backlighting, and refined material contrasts shape a “techno-luxe” atmosphere that transforms the shopping journey into a sensory experience. The result is a cohesive retail space that balances visual impact, brand identity, and functional product display.

VOY Clothing Shop in Egypt is designed as a modern retail space that embodies a high-contrast industrial aesthetic. By combining raw textures with polished finishes, the design creates a bold and premium atmosphere that highlights the brand’s identity. Custom modular shelving, integrated lighting, and a sculptural stone counter act as key elements within the space, forming a cohesive and visually impactful shopping environment.
The VOY clothing shop in Mivida, Egypt, is a refined expression of modern techno-industrial retail design. Spanning 95 m², the space features a soaring high-contrast facade that introduces customers to an interior shaped by curved metallic finishes, warm amber backlighting, and a futuristic luxury atmosphere. As the brand’s third collaboration, the project continues VOY’s evolving design language while delivering a premium, functional, and visually distinctive shopping experience.
