Design approach
The design approach is based on a modular architectural language that allows flexibility and clarity in spatial organization. Expansive glass façades are used to dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior spaces, enhancing natural light and visual connectivity. This strategy creates a seamless and engaging environment that blends retail, leisure, and social activity into a cohesive experience.
