Project overview
O7 Building is a mixed-use development located in New Damietta, designed to integrate commercial activity with residential living. The project embodies a contemporary architectural vision that balances urban vibrancy with a sense of calm and exclusivity, creating a landmark that serves both public and private functions.

Design approach
The design is driven by the concept of “Structural Elegance,” where a strong architectural base supports lighter, more transparent upper volumes. A double-height colonnade forms a grand podium for high-end retail, establishing a bold and inviting street presence. Above, the residential levels are articulated with expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing and a refined palette of light stone and dark metal accents, enhancing natural light while creating a seamless connection between interior spaces and the surrounding urban environment.
