Project overview
Kebda El Prince flagship in Sheikh Zayed City is a large-scale hospitality project designed to elevate a well-known Egyptian brand into a modern, high-capacity destination. Spanning 7,500 m², the project integrates architectural identity with operational efficiency, creating a dynamic space that accommodates heavy customer flow while maintaining a premium experience.

Design approach
The design blends modern industrial and oriental elements, expressed through a bold façade with symmetrical geometry and red accents. Internally, a central atrium and expansive glazing enhance openness and circulation. A BIM-driven approach ensured precise coordination of structural and MEP systems, allowing efficient ventilation and smooth multi-level operation without compromising the overall design quality.

 
 
Internally, the space was organized around a central atrium with expansive glazing, allowing natural light to enhance spatial openness while supporting a dynamic and high-capacity layout. From a technical standpoint, a comprehensive BIM workflow was implemented to coordinate structural and MEP systems, ensuring efficient ventilation, smooth multi-level circulation, and seamless integration of complex building services.
Kebda El Prince was envisioned as a hospitality landmark that reinterprets the identity of a beloved Egyptian brand through a contemporary architectural lens. The project balances strong visual impact with practical functionality, creating a destination capable of serving high visitor volumes while maintaining a premium spatial experience. Through its bold form, open internal layout, and carefully coordinated technical systems, the project reflects an approach where brand character, user experience, and operational performance are brought together in one unified design vision.
