Project overview
The EDU Residential Building is a contemporary residential project located in Kuwait, designed for Mr. Othman Kandary. Spanning 17,400 m², the project stands as a landmark of modern urban living, defined by its strong vertical proportions, refined material composition, and elevated residential experience. The building combines panoramic views, climatic responsiveness, and a sophisticated architectural identity to create a distinctive presence within the urban fabric.

Design approach
The design approach is centered on a layered facade strategy that balances visual rhythm with environmental performance. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing is framed by deep architectural elements, creating depth, shadow, and movement across the building’s exterior. This facade treatment enhances the vertical expression of the tower while supporting thermal regulation in the Kuwaiti climate, ensuring comfort, privacy, and wide views for each residential unit.
