Project overview
ECQ Administrative Building is a contemporary headquarters project in Lusail, Qatar, designed to reflect institutional strength through a bold and refined architectural identity. Developed for a global energy context, the building combines functionality, climate responsiveness, and a strong visual presence within a compact administrative program.

Design approach
The design approach focused on creating a façade system that is both expressive and high-performing. A modular pleated envelope introduces a rhythmic verticality that reinforces the building’s monolithic character while providing passive solar protection from the intense Qatari sun. At ground level, organic flared columns soften the structural expression and create a lighter, more permeable base.
